Chavo’s Story
Salvador Zavala’s (aka Chavo) Mexican heritage and his origins in the Los Angeles area gave him a giant head start when it comes to appreciating authentic tacos. An accountant by trade, he moved to the Detroit area a decade ago. In addition to his work as a CPA for a nonprofit organization, the food bug bit Zavala hard a few years ago, and he decided to parlay that passion into a profitable business. It all started with him trying to show his buddies what the real thing tastes like.

Want to freshen up the party? Our Bacon Wrapped Hotdog and Bam Bam’s Torta are not regulars on the menu, but we can make them just for you! If you would like these at your event, just give us a heads up, and we can make it happen.
